Meet Branden Pavnica, DMD: Your Dedicated Dental Professional

Dr. Branden Franzen Pavnica is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health, restore their confidence, and achieve lasting results through comprehensive dental care. He believes dentistry is built on trust, craftsmanship, and meaningful relationships, and he strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where every patient feels heard and respected.

One of Dr. Pavnica’s greatest passions is helping patients who may have avoided dental treatment due to fear, anxiety, or previous experiences. He understands that many people have complex feelings about dentistry and believes every patient deserves compassionate care, clear communication, and treatment tailored to their individual needs and goals. He approaches each patient with the same level of honesty, attention, and care that he would want for his own family.

Originally from Serena, Illinois, Dr. Pavnica developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for service from an early age. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Benedictine University in Illinois. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Dental Medicine in Florida, where he distinguished himself through leadership, academic achievement, and clinical excellence. During dental school, he served as President of the Academy of General Dentistry student chapter, was selected as Student of the Year, and was chosen to mentor and tutor fellow students.

Dr. Pavnica enjoys all aspects of comprehensive dentistry. He remains committed to advanced training that allows him to provide comfortable, efficient, and comprehensive care for his patients. He is dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly seeks mentorship and advanced education from respected clinicians and educators throughout the profession.

Outside the office, Dr. Pavnica enjoys spending time with his wife, Victoria, exploring the outdoors, fishing, picnicking, and riding motorcycles. He is also passionate about keeping private practice dentistry alive and community leadership. He enjoys connecting with mentors and colleagues across the country to continue learning and growing both professionally and personally.

Dr. Pavnica and Victoria are excited to call Wilmington home and look forward to building lasting relationships with the patients and families they serve throughout the community.
